Understand how refunds are handled on our platform
Techzerone acts as a payment gateway between customers and merchants. We do not directly sell products or services, therefore refunds are handled by the respective merchant.
Merchants are fully responsible for processing refunds for their customers. Refund policies may vary depending on the merchant’s terms and conditions.
Customers must contact the merchant directly to request a refund. We recommend providing order details, transaction ID, and reason for refund.
Once approved by the merchant, refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking channels.
Refunds may not be applicable in cases such as completed services, digital products delivered, or violations of merchant terms.
In case of failed or duplicate payments, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the payment provider within a few working days.
If a dispute arises, Techzerone may assist in communication between customer and merchant, but the final decision rests with the merchant.
